Most off webmaster prefer SEO in google.com so I prefer Google search Engine after Yahoo search engine.

They both use different weighting for their algorithm, hence you can appear high in the organic searches for one and have completely different results in the other.

Yahoo concentrates more on off page and on page seo. Google concentrates a lot more on off page optimisation.

I have always focused only on Google. I don't even care about Yahoo. And like you all know, Google provides with better results than Yahoo. And coming to optimizing your site for each search engine, I would have to say, it's all about testing and implementing which works well with each search engine.

well i guess google is fast in indexing and most of things and gets around fast with the SEO but i dont get it much easy with yahoo ... both have different algo's

I think all major search engines consider site authority when evaluating individual pages, but with MSN it seems as though you do not need to build as much site authority as you would to rank well in the other engines.

As i know to be get indexed in google you must need to do seo by following Dofollow concept weather yahoo not considering nofollow and dofollow concepts.

Google is definitely more popular and Yahoo seems tobe going all out to
catch up with it. Surely in some time to come we will see that happening
and Google will have to invent new ways to stay ahead.

I definitely think Google is more superior and used by most. Those who use yahoo either had it their homepage or are into other front page information, not just a search engine.

I have a PR of 0, even though my site has a lot of content and is 8 years old. Ive looked for my site through 20-60 pages depending on what keyword I used, and can only find my site if I enter the address directly, despite being listed in the google and dmoz directory.

With yahoo however, Im almost always at the very top on the first page when I search my keywords there. I know PR means something, but with google, I cant find my site because they think other PR0 sites are more important than mine.

In terms of SEOing, Yahoo still rates keyword density with much higher importance. And volume of links as opposed to auhtority.

If you want to rank in Yahoo, I've found that scoring your SEO efforts with a tool such as DomainTools is helpful, whilst having 100% SEO score has never haped me with Google, it certainly has with Yahoo.
