If you are having problems getting pages indexed, you probably just need more links, especially to your internal pages. It may also help to submit an xml sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools.

I have a site [URL removed] which links pages are not indexing regularly and some inner pages not indexed so far. Please suggest me what I can do for better indexing.
Try to build backlinks for your inner pages. I suggest you to do deep links and social bookmarkings for your inner or sub pages. And don't forget to properly optimize the meta tags (title, description and keywords) for each sub pages. Use keywords in your title and description tags to help you rank in those keywords, but always remember that those keywords must be somehow related to the content of those particular pages.
have you got no sitemap for your website? well, every time I would add or update a page in my site, its either I would bookmark those site to get em indexed or I would just update my sitemap and submit it to Google webmasters Tool.
