Hmmm I think hardest part to get a suitable niche and to capitalise it with the suitable content and always putting new things at there.

If you want to be recognised than your few months will be a really tough task which need constant updation.

I think the hardest part of SEO is the waiting part... if your promotions, link building and even the optimizing is working! If you did a good job or not.. If you've made a mistake or not, If it's your fault or not..

On that cycle, but that's just me...
