As you know, the site positions checking is very tedious task.
I'm looking for a reliable tool to track my site positions for specific keywords?
I'm a site designer and don't deal too much with SEO so I need something simple, but professional.

Hello mojofilter.
I suggest you start learning and reading more about SEO as it very useful and needed for every company/website, and when you know SEO and Web-Designing - you are good.

About your request - I know a good SEO tool - it's called Exactfactor, but it's new so I can't really say how much "professional" you will find it, but It is simple and very useful, especially for SEO newbies.

Im currently using to tools for this: exactfactor.com and rank checker (need to be install in your PC). Both are not 100% accurate, but they are good basis for your current website SERP.

Rank check is a firefox plug in from seobook.com.. the best supprot multiple keyword on same or multiple sites

There are many tools available, just search for SERPs checker and find the one that works for you
