having your domain as .co.uk is obviously a good way to make external agents (like google) label you "UK space" - but be aware that your IP address (of your site) (which no one usually sees) is just as important - if it's in barbados, google or others may just put you down as barbados anyway, .co.uk or not. The computer which houses your pages ought to be in the UK, that's the way you'll absolutely guarantee being labelled UK space
