Too much of keyword is harmful. Keyword density should be between 3 to 5% per page.

Make sure that title tags, meta description and meta keywords are relevant. Also, long tail keyword phrase for your title tag is very very effective.

Having Unique And Good Content , Nice Layout and Design (seo friendly) always have a sitemap for your users too and good meta tags

Put Good Content.use meta keywords.as per my knowledge by not using commas in content it will make positive effect.

Using the correct keyword density, and correct use of H tags are the best forms of onpage seo, also getting enough content for the search engines to see that it is a formative site for the keywords targeted.
