I have 3 sites about roofing: one had PR4, 2nd had PR2, and 3rd also have PR2, now in yesterday PR calculation Google Decreases my all three sites PR by 1. Why this happen? what are the factors that cause PR to decrease.

Have you been building links lately? PR always goes down (slowly) if don't do anything to improve it.

If you are Doing SEO for your websites then stop it temporary.it may like that google is considering your submission as a spam.so stop for some days and then start to submit your link in quality sites.

lol so what ?? who cares about pr, has ur site dropped in serps ?? if it hasnt then what does it matter ?? if ur site has dropped in serps thens hte time to worry !

I believe you were not monitoring your backlink count. The decrease may be the cause of losing backlinks instead of gaining. Ex. The sites you have submitted your links to for backlinks may have deleted the link and so no more backlinks coming from them.

It might also help your site to gain PR if you link build it daily..

humm.. really its the matter of worry.. i thing you need to update you site content periodically and do the Off page optimization for your site on regular basis by keeping in mind all the SEO points

Page Rank is determined not only by the relevance and popularity of your page, but the relevance and popularity of the pages linking to you as well.

it means that google can not find backlinks of your website.to get your page rank again start to submit your site in more than 5 PR websites.
