I'm trying to make SEO friendly flash website, currently I have # links but the are not indexed by Google,

I've read that I need to do Extended Redirection (ex.intead of
mysite.com/#/about and it needs to be mysite.com/about )
but haven't found any examples on how to set it up and implement into the website.
Does anyone has experience with that?

Sorry but 'SEO friendly flash site' is an oxymoron. Google finally has the ability to index some content within flash animations, but it would still be very tough to get those pages ranking well. You need many, many more backlinks than other sites. You can't rely on your content to establish your relevancy for keywords.
