Well, I think ethics of SEO varies depends on each person point of view on which is ethical and which is not.

Yep. That's what it comes down to. In regards to SEO ethics it's not really an ethical conversation. Search engines are businesses and so are we. They'll do what's good for their business and so will we. Sometimes what's good for both of us will be in synch. Other times it won't. I'm not going to let another business dictate to me how I should run my business.
