Edit: I took out the spaces after the commas, maybe that had a lot to do with it?

Well the thing is, all of my keywords are in fact relevant... I'm still not sure what is giving it such a low rating.

To get a higher score, you need to make sure that your keywords are relevant to page content.

They are reflective of the page content.

Don't worry about it. Google doesn't use the meta keywords and Yahoo and MSN have other factors that are more important.

Don't worry about keywords for Google, and they aren't that important for Yahoo either. You've got too many, and too many duplications. Stick to around 10, not much point in putting more.
Worry more about TITLE, H1 and META=DESCRIPTION. Get these short and concise with your keywords in there.

Your keywords look redundant and stuffed. I suggest that you do edit it with a less-spammy one. Also, limit the number of your characters.

I think your keywords are repeated too much,Two Or Three main keywords is the most important, but not no center.

It comes under the site meta tags and meta keywords. If the meta of your site is strong enough, it will support your site to make it more search engine friendly.

Keyword density is important but don't bother wasting your time analyzing it. Just place your keyword 1 time in 100 words to keep it safe.
Metas are not being used by Google right now to rank pages on the SERPS although these are some of the basis for Google to give relevant ads on adsense but not to give ranks.
