Deep links is the key, if you can get some link into the pages that are not indexed that will inprove your indexing. In general more link will make your site more trusted and google will be willing to index more. You still have a page rank of 0, you need more trust.

One of the factors taken in to account when Google is deciding how deep to crawl and index a site is links.. You have 60k pages and according to Yahoo!, just 173 links.. That's sad..

Links in general will help you, and deep links to specific areas will help even more..

You sitemap.htm file looks like one giant page of spam.. You might want to look at a better way of doing that..

And you have no sitemap.xml.. The xml sitemap will also help Google crawl and index your site more deeply, assuming that it finds your content worthy of being included in the index..

If you would like my honest opinion, the site to me looks overly stuffed with keywords and doesn't look particularly natural. But I'm sure this isn't the issue because you've got some pages indexed.

I would say make an XML Sitemap and submit it to Google's Webmaster Tools.

I would probably say though that if your pages are too similar with similar keyword densities (and high ones at that, on the page http://www.allembassyonline.com/embassy-in/index.htm the keyword "embassy" is at a whopping 31% of your keyword density) you might get penalised. Given that your second word, "islands" is only 1.66%, I'm thinking Google really might not like that.

You should check again if one of them duplicate content . Then you can list all of that page to xml file and submit to Google. They will check and indexed for you.

Make sure the pages in your site aren't the same. Each should have unique contents and metatags. Check your site if there's any duplicate contents then revise them.
