Agreed. 7 is tough. I have a friend with a PR6 site, and I work on it semi-regularly, so I have a pretty good idea what it takes to add up to 6. I still think he's a long way off from 7, though. The problem is there's just not enough people who are naturally interested in what he's got. Not that people are not interested, but his particular market is just not big enough.
That PR6 site only makes enough money to pay for a vacation or two every year. I'm aware of a couple sites with only a PR of 4 or 5, that have made millions over their lifetime. PR is not a direct indicator of success in the least. In fact, I know a PR3 site that has made millions.
