Here's my meta tags, how can I add/improve/etc on them?

To what end? They don't have any significant impact on your rankings. The only one I would bother about is the meta description because that's the one that may be seen by your visitors and has an effect on their inclination to click your link.

You've got quite a lot of keywords in your meta keywords tag. The general feeling is that it should not be more than 10 and should be keywords that's in the content as well

Meta description is good for displaying with Title in SERP.. But keyword and meta title I thing not much value.. now SE bots are ignoring it

to be honest we'd really need to see the rest of your page to make any suggestions as we don't know what you've got in your TITLE & H1 tags, let alone your body copy.

edgray is right, you have to optimize your other pages as well and you should be using different page title every page according to your targeted keywords.

Try checking your meta's with this online Meta Tag Checker
http://www.metachecker.net/
Just enter your url and they provide a report on how good or bad is your meta's in Search engine.
