I just created a new links page and want to identify the folks that were linked to my old page and tell them to change pointers. How can I identify the pages linked to : www.page.com/link.html. I tried using link:www.page.com/link.html on several search engines without too much luck. Any help/suggestions will be appreciated. Ronnie
You can type "link:YOUR URL" into google to get a result of all the websites that link to the provided URL although I've found that this does not work as well as using an online backlink checking tools like this one.
The free online tool at backlinkwatch.com is a also a good one to know your backlinks. It even shows you anchor text, PR, total outbound links on that page, and nofollow flag for each of your inbound link.

You can see the linking sites to your pages by simply typing:
site:yourdomain.com/page.html on Yahoo.
It will take you to Yahoo site explorer and you can see the pages on your site as well as the backlinks (inlinks).
Hope this helps.
