Cloaking is a black hat search engine optimization (SEO) technique in which the content presented to the search engine spider is different to that presented to the user's browser. This is done by delivering content based on the IP addresses or the User-Agent HTTP header of the user requesting the page. When a user is identified as a search engine spider, a server-side script delivers a different version of the web page, one that contains content not present on the visible page. The purpose of cloaking is to deceive search engines so they display the page when it would not otherwise be displayed.

This is a classic blackhat technique. It may come handy the first time you got it away but Google is more tricky that every site so it cannot last long.

Still whitehat can give long term results. Writing articles is tiresome but if you have done lots of it, you can have automatic income floating all over the internet forever.

Cloaking means delivering one version of a page to a search engine for indexing and another version of the same page to the visitors. It is considered as a black hat technique.

I don't see why we need to talk about this when we don't really intend to use that method. Not unless you want to, but if you do, why even bother posting the description of it here?
