low quality backlinks have less power to make you rank well, target to the high quality ones, such as high pr and large traffic, that is really give you good to rank well in serp!

I guess backlinks but I happen to have inner backlinks without doing anything except that I think those inner pages content is really interesting topic so I guess good content is the key to it

If you want your site inner pages to have a high PR, do more in social bookmarking and article submission. In that way, the inner links of your site will be a quality one

I usually look for relevant and high PR link partners then exchange links with them. That can really boost pagerank drastically!

I do agree with you high PR links can really boost your pagerank especially if its related to your site . I guess I am going to try link exchange with high PR site

My twitter followers just handled for two months and I already have PR1 right now.. And it still not launch I mean it is just a prelaunching.. All you need to do is keep on building quality links.

Absolutely NOTHING to do with "quality".

PR is a recursive formula, So all it needs is a "high PR" link to get "higher PR".

The higher PR you can get as your backlinks is the higher chance for you to get PR so it requires times , effort and money to do that

I look at "quality" as a content surrounded link, not a comment or sig link, are you saying if the PR is higher, it doesn't matter?

Also, shouldn't the site be relevant to your content that you get the link from?

Absolutely NOT, and "quality" is a subjective term rather than being quantifiable as a mathematical value.

One day the "more PR" pundits will understand what PR actually is and how it is calculated.
