That is not easy and that requires a lot of time or money be involved. Other question why do you need that?

If you absolutely must fret about PageRank:

The best way is to have outstanding and valuable content on your site, promote this via press releases and so forth and hopefully, if the content is good enough, you'll get some decent backlinks from blogs and other sites. These will pass PR over to your page.

If you don't have killer content, then blog commenting, forum posting, articles, press releases can all be used to get backlinks. The more you get, the higher the PR. These are low quality links though, so you'll need tons of them just to get a PR of 2, for example.

Why not focus on generating valuable traffic? Or ranking for long-tail keyphrases to capture that really targetted traffic? PR is becoming more and more irrelevent these days and doesn't guarantee either decent positions, nor traffic, let alone traffic that converts. PR is one tiny factor in the huge algorhythm Google uses to generate SERPs. Don't waste your time on it.

Not sure why on earth you'd want to increase the PR of your link pages, surely if your link page ends up with the highest PR on your site then you are just presenting people with an opportunity to click away from your site rather than stay on it??? I'd focus on upping the PR of your index page not your links page.

there are no easy ways!If you have lots for money you can buy high PR links to get good PR but its black hat so be careful.

Relevant links from high PR site will increase your site PR. But I suggest don't concentrate on PR, targeted traffic from relevant sites and traffic from search engine is more important.

Hello, could i ask the many experts here regarding google page ranking. I had a page in my website that was once ranked 2 and at late, the ranking dissapeared to 0. Can anyone advise why is that? Thank you.

Maybe, start with a little bit quantity work will worth it. Because, you backlinks are directly proportional to your page rank, as whenever, Google updates the PR, it will distribute some amount of PR to the links lying on a page.

increasing Pr is not an easy task, it requires great amount of patience since it takes a lot of time before results shows up...

Help a lot more to do what? And what is your definition of quality? There are quite a number of "low-pr" websites that would do more to my rankings that any "high-pr" ones.

As far as in my experience, That is not easy thing. We have to do some hard work towards it. There should be proper content updates, as well as quality backlinks from your niche related sites. For an example, you can get backlinks from the forums where people are talking about your niche, Also, you can comment on the blogs where people are talking about your niche too. Apart from this, you can write good articles(well optimized ones) and submit to aritcle direcotires and get backlinks related to your niche from that too.

You can use SEO tools like keyword analyzer, Meta Data, tagging etc which emensely increases the page ranking.

Create Unique keywords, and ensure that you do not repeat the words too many times just to increase the keyword nos. SE robots n spiders consider it equalent to spamming.

best way is to get your website reffered by websites which have good page ranking. Robots then assume that your website is also good, as the same have been reffered by reputed websites

if your using Firefox, you will get many SEO tools as addons, which can be used for instant analysis of yours and other pages.
