I've seen that Squidoo is pretty powerful. I just made my second lens and w/ HubPages, I wrote one hub. Just wondering if there are anything like Squidoo and HubPages?

Thought for today:- I SEO the only industry where all the cowboys are Indians?
They're both great ways to build links and increase search rankings. Lens masters, as they're called, can create articles and post in-text backlinks to their site from these respected portals.
Powerful in what way? What exactly are these wonderful results people are getting from squidoo? Come on, lets have some specifics, because from what I can see Squidoo is a spam fest and Google is now onto it.
Be aware that - I have heard - you need a certain score for hubpages to be nofollow and that - so I have read on a forum - if you cease promoting your hub and joining in the community for a while your score can fall and a dofollow link can become nofollow. Myself I way prefer Squidoo - it's a nice community and I believe my site's benefitted in the serps because of it.

What do you mean by "Google is now onto it"? Anyway, Squidoo is actually improving again as they've been deleting a lot of lenses and they changed their policies. So they are really cutting down on spam.
And the wonderful results are the free traffic and backlinks. And the traffic is so much more targeted than most other promotion methods I've tried.
Squidoo and hubpages are both article sharing sites. Hmm.. You can try infobarrel. They do allow signatures in your article, provided your article is very uniqiue.

No doubt Squidoo and Hubpages are the best in the field but you can also give Ehow.com and Wiki a try too - they are also good sites to participate in.
Yes I agree, squidoo and hubpages are very powerful sites. I'm currently a member of those two. Well there's ehow, although I'm sure if it is really the same with the two since I'm not a member there.
