just reading their text and I would say steer clear, their techniques they talk about are pretty out of date. Scratch that, VERY out of date.

Save some money, learn it yourself.

if you goto yahoo.com and you search for the keyword seo they will come up on the #2page , that is pretty **** good or no?

ee14: Yes, but time is one of the biggest factors at least from my experience, especially with very competitive terms. This would make sense as from edgray 's comment it seems out of date. So probably as chris said, they are doing old techniques, spammy stuff to promote people sites. Their site has probably been around since when these tactics did work.

Just learn it yourself. 99% of SEO is learning not to worry about SEO.

What help can their PR give to you so better you enquire about how they can help you in building links for your site and increasing your site's PR. Of course they have proved that they know something about link building and PR. You may give them a try.

Yahoo is very susceptable to things like keyword stuffing and other bad techniques like that. A rank in Google would be a better indicator for sure.

PR 5 is nothing!

Besides, check its backlink, traffic, to see if it is regularly updated, well matianed.

Dude, don't let PR cover everything!

Well, like edgray said, it would save you a lot of your money if you just try to learn seo yourself. It might be confusing and scary to learn at first but really, anyone willing to learn will learn it. Just keep reading articles and then start analyzing the better options and others to trash.
