It's "machine gun marketing". Fire into the crowd and if you are lucky enough you may your intended target, but you're more likely to leave behind a bloody mess for somebody else to clean up!!

It was test site with affiliate links. 3 sales per week (each sale gives $75 commissions). Not very bad for simple test site?

Both are good and instant way of indexing. Secondly both are good for traffic purpose as well.. Utilizing both can bring great success to your SEO work

now i think social bookmarking is not helping to improve your back links number .now it is very hard to get a solid back link with social bookmarking site ..but they are very much helpful to index your pages quickly ..signature links have still some authority..so i would love to go with signature link with dofollow tag

well, i think post on forum adding your signiture is not a bad way to do the seo for your webiste

These links help a bit but not much. But they are the easiest way to get backlinks.

webmaster-talk and forums.digitalpoint.com are easy ways to get backlinks. The communities on social networks are also helpful. It is a genuine way. You cannot build Rome in a day mate. Things take time but they sure get somewhere one day. So be patiently working to the good of your entity. I am sure you will get reward.

social bookmarking are very much helpful to index your pages quickly but most of them are nofollow, I prefer to use forum signatures for follow attribute

I think forum signature to generate quality back link,in pro forum it can get high quality goal traffic also.

Both are good promotional methods but for but with little or no SEO value especially if the links have the nofollow attribute hoever, could be great for human traffic

Well, there's nothing any specific rule or tip for this as you acn go for any choice they have not value in terms of ranking as most of them are no follow but will sure help your site in terms of getting some traffic.
