There is term and condition for putting the keywords in meta tags ideally, we can apply 150 characters for meta description and 170 characters for meta keywords along with 70 characters for title.

There are NO "terms and conditions for meta keywords or meta description elements!!!

It's just the imaginary numbers that some "expert" has dreamed up!!!

yes there is not condition for number of characters but that also true if we follow that parameter of characters limit because search engine has a limit to read the meta tag

Meta keywords have no more value from Google point of view. Just not worth spending time on it if you are tightly concerned about Google. May be OK for other SEs.

i do not care much on the characters limit of meta tags. i keep them as per my mind says which is perfect for my site

and also i have heard that search engines are not valuing meta tags much now like they used to value before

I found that meta keywords tag works best when it contains 6-10 keywords (depending on keywords themselves). I'm playing with it for about 6 years

What ever you write in Meta keywords it will be totally ignored by SEs especially Google.

I think 150 to 170 character Meta tag keyword is good. More than that will look cheap and might be consider spam as well

Nowhere does it say anything about meta keywords or how many to have
