There are alot of sources on the web where you can get freelance work as you mention getafreelancer is really a good one choice but some other are

Go on free lance websites like odesk or getafreelance. For me I recommend ODesk.com because there are lots of employers out there as well as more providers so you must build a unique and attractive profile so that you can get a job there.

Google search is a great place along with many other webmaster forums. Almost all webmaster forums have a place for people to advertise help they are looking for

Getafreelancer and odesk are both good. You could try limeexchange as well. Or you could just simply google it away and search for a list of freelance sites. If you're serious then do your homework.. =)
