After I read all coments about anchor text, can webmasters penalised as spam when using diferent anchor texts.
Example: I have been adding anchor text that includs my service destinations, instead i creat a page for each destination. Is this good for the site in future or not????

No you won't be "penalised" for using different anchor texts.

If you can create individual and unique content on pages for each destination, then that would be a useful addition to the site.

I used anchor text for internal linking. In my opinion, keywords with link will carry a lot more weight in the eyes of our target visitors and help your keywords rank.

Yes anchor links must be taken care of and you have to match it with current keyword trends to get the most out of it.

Its good to use different anchor text, but not so much. The good thing on using lots of anchor text is that you'll rank in those keywords. On the other hand, you might find it longer to rank your keywords since your link building time is scattered in different keywords.

The site faroairporttransfers.me is a new site, its 3 months old.
The strange I think is that is ranking already very well for my main keyword including some of mine destinations.
Some destinations are ranking on the 1st page on the top ...
This didn't happen with the 3 years old one here I have pages for my destinations and theAnchor Texts not changing much...
This last one tacked about 1 year to rank on the 1st page, so I presume that is much better to work for the Anchor Texts
Any way I been notice Google is updating webmaster tools much more quickly then before updating the site rankings faster????????
