and can we target these keywords

I want a rank on those keywords in first 2 pages of google.co.uk

How about....

1) provide some absolutely excellent *original* content on your keywords
2) share the content via social media and get people talking about it
3) get people to link to your site (through conversations) and by sharing
4) wash and repeat

The only *real* way to get a high page rank and position is to have something that is valuable.... everything else might get you up the page for a little while but if you want to stay there you need to do the work.

Yup, do seo and keep promoting your site most especially on places where you think you're targeted market hangs out. if you don't have time to do this yourself then just hire someone.

Well it depends on your target keywords. Are they competitive or not? What's the search volume? Your SEO efforts should match your keywords.

well, since those are competitive keywords as you have said, then you can make use of sort of spy tools and take a look at your competitors... you can see where they are linking and if possible, you can place a link in it to, if the site allows you to do so...
