Don't go buying links. It will not do you any good. Your links will be as good as the anchor text but if they come from non related sites, what's the point?

before you go start buying links, did you already exhaust all the free link building methods to acquire as many backlinks as you can? there are plenty of ways you can build backlinks for free

You can't buy "quality" backlinks.

You can buy good advertising links that may have some SE "value", but the chances are they won't at all.
So if you are buying for the speculative idea of manipulating "rankings", be prepared to feel you have wasted your money.

Well, link buying is not a good practice. Try to get is naturally that will be more valuable. But if you really want to buy links then you can buy Links from High PR directories at-

You don't know if your purchased links are posted on do follow. Most of paid links are all automated it could only harm your website. Manual link building is still the best method.

you can buy link but you need monotoring it every day. if link go out from index... your site willdown in SE.
