I'm considering whether I should make the url for a product page
/game/product/
or
/product/
Which one would be the best one to use? The /game/ directory will be the name of the game that product is for. The game name directory would be used for product listings regardless.

BTW in every test I've done for this, the only search engine that gave any weight at all to the URL/folder structure is Yahoo!
And there it is only a minor value and easily outweighed by other factors.

I know, but I don't care how minor it is, I just care about the question. Main reason I am asking is because some people say DEPTH affect it, however the extra keyword (and logical structuring) could have bonuses too.
structural depth makes absolutely no difference at all.
ALL useragents use links to find the pages they do NOT follow a folder/directory structure (virtual OR real)

If you have the search page in game folder, I dont see any point having the details page under another folder. keep it simple for you to manage the files.
