eCommerce Site Duplicate Content Troubles?

I have an eCommerce website that sells a lot of packaging supplies. We have online a lot teh same types of products such as tapes, boxes, bags and other types of packaging materials.

The only thing that is different between all of these items when listed is either a size or thickness. I am being driven to hell and have the threat of losing my position if I do not re-write 250 descriptions of a darn BOX all the while calling them something different (like a case, or carton) as well.

This stems from having low traffic, sales, and also having our indexed pages by Google get reduced to less than half.

M question is this: Is their a better way of doing this without re-writing so many descriptions and titles? FYI: all pages are static.

Yep. Don't bother. There is only so many ways you can say box, just as long as you use the words and phrases that customers use when searching for your products.

Would you mind browsing my website, heading over shipping boxes and view the boxes there and tell me same thing after you see it?
