Ok this is possibly a very stupid question but I just want to check.

If I have two websites, one good and one just for experimental seo techniques (such as use of an article syndication feed - see other thread on Free Traffic System), could they penalise my good site if i use methods that they don't like on my experimental site?

Just want to check before I try anything out as I have an experimental site with the same host and don't want to cause any problems with my real site.

i don't think google will create any problem for you. google doesnt matter IP address but if you do too much optimization from same ip then it will create problem for you.

No Search Engines do not ban Server IPs. If they did there would no sites at all that are hosted by "ThePlanet" in any SEs index.
