Aside from the algorithm bit, your home page is a bit lacking in the amount of text it has on it. You may want to experiment with adding more indexable text. You could also try nofollowing some of the pages that people wouldn't search for, like your legal pages and contact page. A last thing to try is to link to the home page using the anchor text Memcached from every page on your site.

Google actually index more sites and more pages than Bing. Maybe Bing don't find your competitors yet, but if it think (like google) that the others are more relevant than you... bye ranking.
