Suppose if you are posting around 50 posts in 25 forums on a weekly basis, Does this affects your Site SERP's?? if So would that be positive or negative. ??

I think it does affect your SERPS a little bit. I dont just focus on posting links in forums. I post maybe 10 times a week. I just dont post to get a link. I post on subject I like. I usually only in this forum because I love learning/helping SEO. If a post on a subject I dont like, it would be more like work

It can help you with index... maybe you don't will gain much with SERP.

I think this wont affect to much, many people promote their sites using links on signatures. If you have 100 posts on one forum, this will count like 1 backlink to google.

i think there is a little effect. because as i have heard forum posting and blog commenting are the best ways to get links

I think if people are going to put links in their sigs then they should at least be helping others out, otherwise it is pointless they are just posting to advertise.

One thing that shoudl be kept in mind before posting is that Forums should be used as a platform for knowledge sharing and acquisition. You can make people aware of your products or services by your signatures but that dosen't mean you keep on posting on threads which are not of your interest.

Sometimes it may end up negative when your banned from a forum. Many times I feel that all my links aren't indexed, there were only 5% which Google counted.

I don't know about SEO, but forum posting certainly doesn't send a whole lot in the way of traffic, at least for me, anyways. I have around 1,000 posts and I just checked how much traffic that's generated me over the past two years: a whopping 1410 visits. That averages out to be 1.35 visits per post. If I was here only for the traffic, I'd be wasting my time and money because that's a horrible ROI.

Anyone else care to share their numbers? Maybe it's just my signature.

Are you posting in a regular basis? It will effect on the SERP.

It will affect your serp positions. But you need to do it regularly, maybe a few posts a week.
