You must do SEO techniques ..
On Page Optimization : improve and modification keyword in URL, Title, Content, Keyword tags ..
Off Page optimization : social bookmarking, forum submission, article submission...

That's is most imprtant to do , if you want get PR 5 in 4-6 months...

Yes, I agree..that can be possible. As an SEO, I have work on several sites and see that kind of jump in PR for 3 or 4 sites.

Pagerank increase by creating back link for ur sites
Thats why u have to do lots of qulity work on social book marking , directory submission, forum posting and some other activity.
Second thing is u have to update ur content regular basis with good content.

It is a good achievement indeed. I think nowadays to climb up the serps PR is not that vital although it is vital that you get niche links which has good PR and in that case you can achieve a good PR on the next PR update and clime up the serps easily.

Wrong. PageRank calculation has nothing to do with SEO on your website. You must have PR confused with SERPs.
