Best way is to ignore the junk tool totally.
who ever programmed it has absolutely no idea WHATSOEVER what is "spam".
Using the same word in FIFTY alt attributes won't make it spam, but using the same word fifty times in one attribute is.
Most of the so-called "tools" are very simple word counting "things" and if the "person" (for want of a better word) who wrote the "logic" decided that using one word more than thrice is spam, that is what the "tool" will tell you!
In reallity the "man in the Moon" would have more idea than these half witted "experts".
