I am using the same description for my article, and I want to submitting to various social bookmarking site.
What I want to know that will Google treat it as spam or something like that?

It may not be seen as spam by the Search Engines (but you never know)

BUT I'm sure the "bookmarking sites" DO!!!!!

If one doesn't get ya - the other one will. I try to go by one of the principles (and a movie) of Spike Lee - "Do the Right Thing"

If you do the right thing - you won't be looking over your shoulders at Google

You don't will have your site deindexed and mostly Bookmark sites don't will cancel your bookmark... It's don't the best think to do but anyway.

I dont think .. its a spam at all..even the same title or anchor text cannot be counted as spam..better knows the search engines..

I guess in posting on those social bookmarking sites, you must have a random description in way that the description is still relevant to the link that you post.

Search Engine will not treat it as a spam. But it may not index your bookmark having same description and title.

Simply use an article spinner to have better results on it an avoid duplicate content, some sites uses copyscape...

Try to create relevant and unique description for all your articles and try not to repeat it. Make some difference from the latter and making the description more relevant to the user. Try to write the description for the users and not for the SEs, it will surely help you in the long go.

Just imagine if a hundred sites were to show up in the search results with the same heading and content. How would the user feel?

I dont think so. If you have any doubt you may change your article description or keywords .......
