Nope! Because once a permanent redirect is applied the redirecting hostname ceases to exist as a separate entity.
Unless you want to start typing every possible hostname into some thing like webbug and seeing what the HTTP response is.
Or of course you could search the registration databases at domain tools for your "competitors" name (paid report)
