This is just a template and is not yet public...What do you guys think of this template SEO wise? Does it grab your attention enough. Any advice will help. The product that I will eventually be selling is a 12 week workout dedicated to increase athleticism etc...

For SEO, the H1 is kinda long, might want to shorten it, focus on your keywords.

Alt attributes missing for images.
No TITLE
No Meta Description

We'd really need to know what keywords you're trying to target. These should appear in all of the above.

From a design perspective, its ok, nothing outstanding, it's catchy enough.

What has SEO got to do with it??

Landing pages and or "Squeeze" pages are for CONVERSIONS NOT tempting visitors into the site.

The page is a bit "wordy" and you risk loosing the impetus.

I'll be honest. This is not the sort of page I would like to look at. You lost me at the second paragraph. Too wordy and not much visual inputs.

I would put less text on it, especially the headlines, but I think it is pretty good.

Also, you might want to put the links to "contact" and other pages, at the very bottom of the page, so they are less visible than they are now. So the visitor only has two choices: subscribe, or leave.
