I am working for a SEO Project which is a Corporate Website of a company in US which Deals in Asset management. I would like to gain some information that are there any different or specific methods for optimizing a corporate website. Having asked to some professionals they suggest that HTML tags use effectively helps in optimizing a Corporate Website.
I do know about basic HTML Tags used for SEO but need suggestion on any others which needs to be concentrated on apart from TITTLE, DESCRIPTION, KEYWORDS, H1..H6.
It would be a great help if some one provides information on other important HTML Tags.

To be honest, I don't think SEO has much to do with HTML tags alone. But if it anyway helps, look at robots.txt, nofollow and canonical tags as well.

Concentrate more on building back links rather than HTML Tags.

Ok. Is there any importance given to Bold tag or Strong Tag in HTML?

Yes, there are some importance given to Bold tag or Strong Tag in HTML but before that search consider unique content and good density of keywords. Over-usage of keywords may affect your ranking, so always try to write a website content in a natural way.

As per exp here is limit recommendation..
TITTLE : max 80 Characters
DESCRIPTION : max 150 characters
Keywords : max 250 characters
H1 ...H6 : Bold and hyperlinked to main domain

They are NOT "recommendations"! They are imaginary numbers dreamed up by some "expert" and then bandied about as fact by every wannabee "SEO" in the world.

I always try to do my descriptions so the whole lot doesn't show in search results, I think it makes it more interesting and stands more chance of being clicked, ie 30 to 35 words, plus the endings of descriptions are generally a bit crappy so its best people don't see them.
