What phrases are "top" at converting (don't publish them here BTW)
You need to analyse all that valuable information and aim your promotional efforts along those paths.
Personally I'd put "PAD" site pretty low on the agenda, but that will depend on whether your site gets any converting traffic from them
It's pointless discussing "meta tags" as they are of little use.
What about traffic and sales from sources other than search engines?

Hi Chris, thanks again for your reply.
I will take into consideration your point about focusing on the 'top phrases.' There are quite a number in that list so I am hoping to look into them in further detail.
Thank you for being honest about 'meta tags.' Having no knowledge of SEO, I innitially thought that they were very important.
The only place customers can buy my products from is direct from my website. All other methods via third-party sites are not worth it considering the fees and low-cost of my software in the first place. Third-party websites that list my software are very useful however, as they basically allow users to download trial/demo versions of my software, where they are directed to my website if they would like to purchase a full version.

Your page / links to you appear twice!
I honestly cant see how you could be MORE on the front page..
But then again google do tailor results for each person now. So while your on front page for me, you could be page 8000 for the next guy.

Hi there,
Yes its the case for me too, however, both those sites are third-party. CNET and obviously youtube. It is not until the second page of results where potential customers see my website, which is ultimately the page where they can buy the product from.
I am thinking of writing a few 'press releases' anyway. Maybe that could provide a little attention in the meantime.
--- Ohh, just to add.. I am thinking of redesigning my website. I've always wanted to make my website look a bit more professional, but have never done it as its been doing too well and I didn't want to distrupt anything.
see this thread > http://www.webmaster-talk.com/websit...ml#post1014282
Do you think if I re-designed my website that it would be likely to help or hinder my Google search results? I am also looking at perhaps re-writing the product descriptions on my website. Again though, I am very worried changes will massively effect my website.
Thanks again for any replies.
