What is Link exchange and how I can implement it for my site ?How this will be beneficial for my site ?

Hi,mate, you're a more fish than me..Link exchange means you get a link from others and in exchange, you a link to your partner' website.

If you have more than one website(Suppose that you want your partner add a link to you website A.And you have website B too.), I suggest you adding your partner' link at your website B.That's called 3-way link exchange...I think 3-way more recommended.

If you believe me, link exchange is not really so helpful in SEO, Try reading ebooks on SEO to find out importance of backlinks, google gives priority to only oneway backlinks.

WRONG. VERY, VERY WRONG. It is always advisable not use link exchange specifically for link building. You and your friend linking to each others sites is a different matter whereas if you use link exchange as a primary mode of link building, you are far worse off.

Search engines can see it and overall, there's very little value. You will be churning out valueless links and if you are unlucky enough, you can get your site blacklisted at Google. As an added bonus, you'll have to 'rectify the error' as Google says it meaning that you might have to take down the links.

Don't do link exchange. It's not worth it.

Link exchanging is where you put someone else's link on your site and that person puts your link on their site. It's not the most effective way to get links and one-way links are always the best.

Link can be used but not excessively. You can ask related sites to link to you and you as well to them but it will be bad for your site if you have used this excessively.

I still do use this method, all i can say is that there is no guarantee that the other webmaster would also add your link in his page. but there is a good chance on getting good number of traffic with a successful link exchange.

Link exchange is way of creating back link to your site. You have to get links from the site which is related to your site. It helps to improve your site rank.

Link exchange is a way of SEO, you can join in some link exchange forum for link exchange. It's just a way of get backlinks. You'd better not do link exchange.

Link Exchange is always better than any other form, it not only help you to get good result (ranking) it also help to get more traffic on your site, it seem very informative to your visitors, than more & more time they try to come on your site, for Ex. I have Site On Buying & Selling of New & Used Trucks, so i always like to link exchange with Auto Part Dealers, Driving School, Parking Agencies Etc.
so like this it help your visitor to get more informative, & google always give priority to those who have good information for his visitors.
