My clarity on the ideal use of keywords and phrases is fairly low as I am new to SEO. In order to target the key phrases “fried green tomatoes”, “used farm equipment” and “outstanding okra recipes” I have developed a blog.
1. I want to utilize three phrases in each post and desire to publish three posts on a weekly basis. What would be a better solution to increase their ranks: a. if I use a particular phrase three times in one post weekly or b. If in every post all the three phrases are used?
2. If I want to increase the ranking of a keyword or a phrase, how many times should I publish a keyword if all remaining things remain equal? In order to explain my question I will use an example: If a key phrase is being published by someone who has ten sites with the same site whose page rank is the same as my site, will I be able to outrank them if I use the particular phrase more frequently compared to them?
Though I understand that there are various factors other than keywords that influence ranking, I just want to get a hang of it all. Before I move on to newer keywords, how frequently should I use particular original keywords?
