Just wondering if sitemapping a single page on my website, will give it a better SEO chance.

Meaning only the domain like http:www.google.com/ (Example)

I can't give a definitive answer, but from my opinion - I would say, it won't hurt you, but it definitely isn't going to be a 'big' change.

Sitemapping, obviously gives each page that's sitemapped a better chance of being found by Search Engines, so it gives it that 'nano-edge'..

I'm curious though as to an SEO Expert's opinion.

Assuming you mean a XML sitemap.

No it won't and for very very very!! obvious reasons.

If the SEs are reading the sitemap, they have already "discovered" the domain!!!
