Hello,
What happens in SEO if you submit new page or blog article of the same website to the same social bookmarking sites (about 40 sites) every day?
When I submit to these social bookmarking sites on the first month, I got a lot of traffic.
The second month, I got less traffic than the first month.
The third month, I got less traffic than the second month.
The 12th month, I got less traffic than the 11th month.
My traffic goes down.
I don't know why? Because I submit to the same social bookmarking sites? or what other reasons may cause my traffic goes down?
Should I not submit my new page every day?
How often should I submit new page to social bookmarking sites?

It's because social media sites operate on a freshness factor. Older pages are buried deeper in the site hierarchy. That means it's harder for people to find your articles on those sites and the pages on those sites may have less strength as time progresses as well.

I would agree, so that means you should maintain on submitting it and in the same time look for new site to be submitted.

If you are submitting quality content, then you might just be seeing fluctuations because the content quality is fluctuating.

In the past, Social bookmarking sites could increase the traffic for sites, but now it seems to be changed. You need to write article instead of submitting sites to social bookmarking. With interesting articles, your sites will get huge traffic.

Performance of Social bookmarking is strongly associated with the quality of information you are sharing over there. If the content/information you are sharing is worth reading and informative, people will follow that and come to your website.

I always use all SEO methods for promotion don't rely on only one method use other for getting traffic from every where.

i also agree that social bookmarking is doing for promotion of your site and if your content is good and your keyword are relevant of your site and if you submission in good pr sites and your sites will get huge traffic

John - not sure if I agree with you. If you have a huge network of friends from let's say SU - and you have common interest and are writing pages that can fuel that same interest - you can get a lot of referral traffic from these sites. It does take a lot of work.

That is right. Traffics from SB sites like that are only good at the very 1st 3 months after your submissions.

OMG! I do the same thing with you! Everyday I submit my website pages to Myspace and other social bookmarkings sites.
