I need help on two levels:
1) How do you create an RSS feed from a list of 20 urls from high PR social profile pages I recently built? Restating for clarification: I have 20 profiles on 20 different high PR pages with back links on them. I want to take the url of each of the 20 sites, create a single RSS feed with all of the 20 urls in it, and then submit the feed to an RSS directory. But step 1 is to create the RSS feed. How do you do that? Cheap, free software suggestions? Manually?
2) Any thoughts on the strategy? I know it's not new but I never messed around with RSS much. The idea is to get the search engine spider's attention with the extra links from the RSS feed so they crawl and then index the site a lot quicker.
