Well, it's basically like this. SEO can get you traffic. But It doesn't ensure that you convert traffic to meet whatever your goal is. So the things and the processes you do to convert traffic is called 'Conversion Rate Optimization.' you can call it 'end user optimization' if it helps your fancy.
There are lots of things within CRO. Like for example, heatmaps, robust site structures, lean pages, better conversion paths, etc, etc. Basically, SEO and CRO should go hand in hand. If you take them apart, your overall campaign can become a total flop. |
