I'm assuming you are referring to Google Cache in search results. Google takes a snapshot of each page it examines and caches (stores) that version as a back-up.
You cannot "speed up" the cache...and why would you want to anyway? I use the meta robots "noarchive" to prevent Google cache. I want visitors, not "cached visits".
Google takes a snapshot of each page it examines and caches (stores) that version as a back-up. The cached version is what Google uses to judge if a page is a good match for your query.
