In my website removed, i add some plugin like "addthis" and "Wibiyo" , Will it affect my Organic result, Page Rank, etc...?

If your visitors use these buttons to submit your pages on social bookmarking sites, you can expect to have a better ranking on search engines, But only adding these buttons will not help your ranking at all.

AddThis can help you promote your website by letting your reader bookmark your content. I have no idea on Wibiyo; not sure if it's Wibiyo or Wibiya.
