thats mean if i submit my website for a directory the main page 5 PR .. but i submit my website on a page that has 0 PR what is the result ? i link my website on a 0 PR ? or in 5 PR web site ?

thats mean the directory is a bad idea to get a good page rank ? cuz every page i submit a website on it in all the directory has 0 page rank so i link my web to 0 page rank .. not 3 or 4 as they tell me ? the 3 or 4 pr is for the main page not those pages where we put our links on it ? or am wrong ?

Yes, not that chasing useless toolbar PR is a good idea anyway.
