Just curious as to what the thoughts are on the "Home" link that is found on most website navigation menus today. As far as SEO is concerned, it seems like we should drop this in favor of a keyword rich label. When every page on the site has a link back to the home page, it seems like a great opportunity to add some quality hyper link text instead of something as general as "Home". Or is this more of a usability thing and we should include the quality text links within the content of our sites?

People have been using the home link for so many years..
If you change it, that might confuse them....

And confuse people by having two different links to the same page??

Why would you want to do that?

why put 2 links in one page and confuse your visitors by having 2 the same links? If you want your home page to be in a hyperlink text then you may just set aside the idea of having a "home" link.

Better focus on one anchor link for your home link, this would help your site get the greater link to assume while lesser chance and cause confusion to the people if you give more.

If you are not using home button then users will feel difficult to go to main page and they may leave your website.
