We have developed this way to index new pages we are uploading daily, felt like sharing:

1. Page must have 500 words minimum with 4%- %6 density.
2. Page must have links from 2-3 pages on the site
3. Page gets 7 ex links and minimum one article submittion link the day after.
4. Submitting to 3 major SE's

Hope i helped

Good Luck

Point 1:

How does Google "know" such things as word count and "density" BEFORE the page is indexed??

point 2, 3 is just your imagination working over time.

point 4 is complete drivel!

^Google is omnipotent, it knows everything, it even knows what you will be having for dinner on the 24 November 2017, there is no way of getting away from it, well, thats if you have told it of course.

I Totally agree! It doesn't have to be 500 words with 4-6% density. indexing doesn't have any connection with it. You must at least have frequent updates to your site for your new page to be easily indexed. Google loves fresh and unique content, if you have this, your site will be crawled by Google from time to time and your new pages will be easily indexed. Also submitting your new pages to social bookmarking sites will help your new pages be indexed.

I agree with your 3rd point, But
Why do you need to submit your new pages to search engines?
