Hello,
I read on this forum that using the right keywords is one of the best method for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) that is extremely important to get traffice on your websites.
What keywords should I use in title/meta?
Should I use repeated keywords on the content of any web page too?

Use anything you like in the meta keywords it will make very little difference!

The title element should contain the keywords or phrase the page is targeting.

Meta description element should be a sentence that describes the page content, include the keywords or phrase in the sentence.

Repeating keywords is ok depending on your density -

ie page title you can repeat probably twice
meta des - twice works well for our customers
in content - 5% density.

And for finding good keywords use some tool...semrush or smth like that
