Could someone explain the term of dynamic SEO, and what is the difference between simple SEO techniques or dynamic SEO techniques?

Dynamic SEO means seo of Dynamic websites. Like once we change the title of the post then after saving the new title should show..

There is no dynamic SEO there's just dynamic url. Optimizing dynamic URL doesn't have any difference in optimizing static URL. Just optimize it the way you optimize a static URL.

Well, I've got to say out of all the clueless drivel some people post, this thread has attracted more than it's far share.

SEO is SEO is SEO no matter WHAT what!
The source code and text that is presented to ALL user agents is the same no matter whether it is read from a single file on a drive, assembled from several files (Server Side Includes) or read out of a database file on the drive and assembled on request.

In my opinion, Dynamic SEO is a technique to provide a runtime keywords or metadata followed the content of the page.

I think dynamic SEO refers to 'optimization for dynamically generated pages'.

For instance, search result pages like,
site.com/s?query0.html
site.com/s?query1.html
site.com/s?query2.html and so on.

These pages are dynamically generated based on the query so, 'e-commerce sites' or 'News feed aggregators' might use this to create pages on-the-fly. And, generate an optimized page with (queried) keywords in the Title of the page, meta keywords etc., on the page, thereby generating an optimized page, dynamically.
